Bob DeHoff, Chairman

Robert J. DeHoff, Chairman, has been in the development industry for more than 40 years. Bob is experienced in all aspects of development including commercial, industrial, residential and office, and is a partner in more than a dozen development companies. He has grown DeHoff Development into one of the premier development companies in Northeast Ohio.

Daniel J. DeHoff, President

Daniel manages industrial, office and retail leasing for DeHoff Development as well as financing, human resources, planning and construction.  Dan attended the masters in Real Estate Development and Finance at John’s Hopkins in 2000.  Before joining DeHoff, Dan worked for Lerner Enterprises in Maryland. 

Beth Borda, Vice President

Commercial Development

Beth is responsible for retail, office and industrial leasing, communications, public relations, marketing and entitlements for DeHoff Development. Prior to joining DeHoff Development in 2000, she worked in the tourism industry for 11 years where she served as President of the Stark County Convention and Visitors' Bureau.

Juanita Finley, CPA

Commercial Development

Juanita manages the financial reporting, accounting department and benefits administration for DeHoff Development and works closely with financial institutions and contractors on construction projects. Juanita graduated summa cum laude from The University of Akron and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1987. Prior to joining DeHoff Development, Juanita worked at Ernst & Young and Aultman Health Foundation.

Thomas W. Winkhart, Attorney at Law

Commercial Development

Tom focuses his practice in commercial, industrial and residential real estate law. He also serves as President of Cornerstone Real Estate and Title Company, Ltd, which provides real estate title and escrow services for the residential, commercial and industrial real estate market. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Toledo and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Akron School of Law.

Lori Davis, Property Manager

Commercial Development

Lori manages the property maintenance for the office, retail, and industrial properties as well as the property maintenance and leasing of the residential rental properties. Lori works closely with contractors and home builders as well as various vendors to maintain the upkeep of the DeHoff properties. Lori joined DeHoff Development in 2007 with 10 years of experience in the real estate and home building industry.

Rosa Kays-Gomez, Development Coordinator

Commercial Development

Rosa is the newest member of the team. She works with contractors, engineers and local municipalities on the construction and improvement of new residential lots and developments. Rosa also works with the architects during the Architectural Review Process.

Robert Buonaspina

Commercial Development

Robert is President of the architectural firm Robert V. Buonaspina, Inc. which was founded in 1999. Licensed to practice architecture in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Robert graduated from The Ohio State Universities’ architecture program and Duquesne University’s M.B.A. program and is experienced in multi-sized commercial, professional office, industrial, medical, educational and multi-family residential facilities and developments. Robert’s firm is located on the second floor of the DeHoff Building at 821 South Main Street and works closely with the DeHoff commercial team as consulting architects to enhance their development and realty services.
